I'm not sure what the calorie count on the lean roast pork is, but it might not be as high as you think. I count calories using http://www.calorieking.com."

lakelady said: "Just EXCELLENT, blinky! If having the three meals satisfied you, then it was nearly perfect!! Great planning! and keep up with the water, sometimes it's hard to remember, even for me and I've been doing it a while!"

lakelady said: "Blinky, maybe you're the type that shouldn't just have three scheduled meals. Try dividing your total calorie count (use missred's site, or http://www.calorie-count.com/ ) into several small snack-type meals. That way you're never too full or too hungry, and it keeps your metabolic rate up."

blinky said: "Thanks lakelady :D. Keeping track of my water intake is something I'm really keeping an eye on. April 22,2007 Breakfast: Oatmeal Lunch: Mashed potatoes with gravy and 3 pieces of lean roast pork (thumbs down :() Snack: Half of corn Dinner: (not exactly; given my hearty lunch I was once again too full) Milk Water - 8 glasses Exercise: an hour of tennis or running or jump rope (I still have yet to decide)"
