I'm not sure what the calorie count on the lean roast pork is, but it might not be as high as you think. I count calories using http://www.calorieking.com."

lakelady said: "Blinky, maybe you're the type that shouldn't just have three scheduled meals. Try dividing your total calorie count (use missred's site, or http://www.calorie-count.com/ ) into several small snack-type meals. That way you're never too full or too hungry, and it keeps your metabolic rate up."

Here's what I had for today (April 21,2007)
Breakfast: Oatmeal with brown sugar
Lunch: 1/2 cup rice with two pieces skinless chicken (thigh) and less than a palm of fish
Dinner: Banana and milk (I was so full from the meal at lunch)
Water - 8 glasses
I'm planning to do 20 minutes of HIIT later on and I fenced (lightly since there was a tourney) for around an hour earlier today."

Could you please advice me on what to eat? Sometimes I feel full after lunch but other times I end up craving for foods that would ruin my diet."
