Will probably walk at least one hour daily. I'm going to go out soon this paycheck and buy me a gym pass so hopefully that'll help progress things as well. But yeah, it's very good for you. :) Just be warned if you drink it straight it's going to burn baaad. I would advise having at least a cup of water per every two tablespoons."
