I eat once sometimes twice a day and march in place 5 minutes rest 5 minutes and do this through out the day.
Before I started that little program of marching in place I ate once sometimes twice a day and got as heavy as 279lbs.
When I started the marching in place program I started eating like a pig and in 3 mos I had lost 62lbs.
Now I march in place what equals out to be 30 minutes each hour but am back to eating once or twice a day.
I march in place 5 minutes rest 5 minutes march 5 minutes rest 5 minutes and so on and so on all throughout the day.
However I don't get hungry and so I don't think about eating and I am 225lbs as I have been for the last 3 or 4 years now.
So, my original question was ...
Why am I fat? Whether anyone believes me or not does not change the fact that ... for decades I ate once sometimes twice a day and got as heavy as 279lbs then marching in place to the count of 50 sometimes 100 I got so hungry I honesty cann't say how much I ate in a day.
Now, I don't count the steps I count the minutes that I march in place.
And yes, I have marched in place 20 to 30 minutes at a time to but still have not experienced the hunger I did when I first started counting 10 then 20 then 30 and so on till I reached the point where I could march in place to the count of 100. My hunger increased I ate much more and lost 62lbs in 3 mos. Go aheah explain that one.
So now I guess the new question is ...
Why don't I get hungry now like I did when I first began marching in place and eating like a pig and amazingly lost 62lbs in the first 3 months???
Can anyone clear that one up???
Why am I not hungry and even though I am now marching in place more then I was in the begining I am not losing weight???
Help!!!
Oh yes, thanx bam"
