That is a filling meal and with butter and dressing on the side, you are in control. I do not know too much about meat since I am cvegetarian but grilled or baked is probably the best way to go. Pasta with marianara sauce is a good choice at italian eateries. At Mexican resteraunts I get all side orders and then add up my calories. An example would be a side of beans, flour tortias, rice and fresh veggies. I make my own tacos with no cheese and add up the cals. Have fun and have a samll piece of cake. Just add it in to calories and you will be set. Hey- why no clothes shopping? I MUST go clothes shopping whenever possible. Just cause you are not as small as you want to be yet does not mean you deserve no new clothes!"

I told her that I was a uni student and she said take $10 and go to a secondhand store. I guess that's how I got into the habit of looking through secondhand stores! Do you have garage sales in America? In Australia ..... we have heaps! They have ads in paper for all different garage sales. I am dribbling now...... hope you all have a great day!!!!:th_coolio:"
