Cupcake said: "I've never heard of any.... I know when I do crunches for too long my neck muscles take over for my abs.... But as for specific ones for your neck and chin, I really don't know."

helplesscase said: "I've never heard of any either. But if your talking about like the double chin, I heard that when you lose weight, you lose it there too."

Holly said: "I don't know if this works or not, but I've seen others do it. You simply lie on the floor like you're going to do a crunch. However, you leave your arms at your sides and just lift up your head and bring your chin in towards you, like you're trying to look at your belly button. But I wouldn't worry too much about your neck area. It will reduce as you lose weight. I don't think there is much muscle there to tone up. :)"

SportbikeFreak said: "when i worked out with the football team, we had a neck machine. it was sorta like those machines where you push down with your arms to do crunches, but was designed ot be used with your face. i could definatly tell a difference in my neck size and strength. I'm guessing you are wanting to tone your neck though, this machine made mine much BIGGER. i'm not sure what its called though and i've never seen one outside of that weight room."
