I didn't say anything before because I lived on the stuff in college! (had to save money for partying after all!) Looking back, I don't even know why I survived it! It really shouldn't even be classified as FOOD! If it's the budget constraints, buy some whole wheat pasta and make your own. You can flavor it any way you want. If you like ramen, try a dash of teriyaki sauce, or a bit of chicken broth. It's still very cheap. And YK? BROWN rice!! or brown mixed with wild. It takes a bit longer to cook, but your body will thank you! (plus...it actually has FLAVOR!) Spectra's right about the veggies, but since I have to force myself to eat them (I hate them so much, I put them in my spring challenge) I really can't jump on you about that! p.s BUY a jump rope, even the toy-store ones are ok, or even the ones in the junky toy section at the supermarket."
