You can GROW more corn than you'll ever want! If you're a city dweller, (oh, right, south dakota, never-mind) you can even grow it in pots on the balcony. It actually looks kinda cool!"

**Shorti** said: "I love to grill, unfortunately we now live on a 3rd floor balcony, so thats a bit out of the question, but we grill when we go camping! one of my favorite grill recipes, (besides just throwing veggies on there) are pocket potatoes: Slice a potato into circles (works best on smaller potatoes like the white ones), slice a sweet onion into slivers. Take aluminum foil and make a closable pouch about 3inches by 4 inches. In a small bowl combine some low fat/fat free mayo, salt, pepper, garlic, and parmesian cheese. Place potatoes and onions into small pouches making sure there are about 2 layers per pouch. Add a spoonfull of mayo mixture on top, Seal pouch, then grill! After 15 minutes or so you have tasty potatoes that will satisfy!! yummmmie!"
