Exercises To Tone Shoulders/Back?Exercises To Tone Shoulders/Back?

Use your upper back to pull the weight up to your chest and then SLOWLY lower it. Do 15 reps on the left side, then switch. Do 3 sets altogether. Because rows work so many muscle groups, you should see amazing results fairly quickly. Lat pull downs can be done with either the lat machine at the gym or using a resistance band. To do it with the band, just wrap the ends of the resistance band around your hands and hold your arms above your head. Lower your right arm (while keeping your entire arm straight) using your lat muscles and then slowly bring it back up over your head and then alternate sides for about 15-20 reps. This one really targets that roll of back fat that hangs over the bra strap (ladies, you know EXACTLY what I mean, right??)."

Thanks in advance!"

Pull ups are hard work! The last time I tried doing them I could finish about 2.
Maybe they'll be easier this time?"
Valalor said: "a couple of others I recomend are push ups and pull ups.. Push ups may be a little tough at first, so i would recomend using your knees and you can control how much of your body wieght your are using.. Pull ups, best if you go to a gyme and they have a pull up mechine that you can control the resistance weight.. But if you can, try what was said earlyer to get started and finish with those cuz pull ups and push ups withh get shoulders, arms, back, and pecks.. :)"
