Healthy dessert

I buy some low fat or fat free/reduced calorie cookies. Take a muffin pan and place muffin liners in it. Add either crumbled cookies or a cookie (depending on its size) to the bottom of each liner and then fill it with a Jello mixture. One of my favorites is the chocolate pudding mixed with the fat free cool whip then I swirl in about a tablespoon of Raspberry Simply Fruit which I heat in the microwave to make it runny. The chocolate and raspberry are sooooo good together. Lemon yogurt mixed with cool whip on top of a reduced fat Nilla wager is great too. Get creative."
