Diet Plan Help

I guess if you buy alot of processed fat free foods or just eat produce you could get that but you will probably feel horrible. I would up it to at least 20-25 grams. It is really excess calories you need to look out for. You need fat to function! Wait a minute, you were talking about 9 grams of fat PER MEAL-oh okay(yet another blonde moment!). Sorry. That sounds okay. It IS alot of math, but I always count my calories and it works really good for me. Good luck to you and I hope this works. Try to allow a treat every now and then. Just add it into your daily intake. You will thank yourself-or me-just kidding!LOL! As far as meals go, you look like you have alot of nice healthy foods on your list to make meals out of. You could have oatmeals and egg white omelets and whole wheat breads for breakfast. You could make bean dishes, pasta, chicken and veggies, or veggie subs for lunch. Why dont you go to Allrecipes.com or veg web to breainstorm some new meal options. I think both sites have great recipes for almost anyone."

I would suggest that you write out a menu that you can live with, THEN calculate how it fits into your intake plan, and tweak it from there. Use http://www.calorie-count.com/ for complete nutrition information (fat and protien grams, calories, carbs, etc.) on all your foods. http://hp2010.nhlbihin.net/menuplanner/menu.cgi is a good place to help you plan your menus. GOOD LUCK!"

I'm not saying it can't be done, I assure you it can, but I don't think anyone around here will have the kind of time required to put together a menu custom tailored to those specifications. Your best bet is going to be to see a nutritionist, she/he will tell you if your diet is appropriate, and if you wet their beak so to speak... they will write you out a deadly accurate meal plan tailored just for you. Best of luck, DrCOOL959"
