I started off with 15 minutes on the treadmill, and last night I got up to 45 minutes! Just kinda happy about that, I never would have thought I could go for that long.
Now I just need to get some strength training in there. I'm trying to build myself up to 5 times per week, right now i'm doing 3x a week. I was thinking about doing pilates on the other 2 days. I find them really relaxing actually...
