Perhaps you could increase the amount of time or the intensity on your bike? Or switch things up with something different like swimming or jogging to shock your body into burn mode. It sounds like you've got a great head start!"

Maybe you could try switching it up a little bit...increase the intensity as Heather suggested, or maybe try a different machine or something. You can also try to switch your weight routine so that you are working your muscles a little differently. Maybe increase your weights as well, if you find the ones you're lifting a bit too light. Good luck to you!"

I'm in the midst of a pretty life changing journey and I'd thought this would be a good place to share and ask some questions. I am a college student trying to get into good shape. Three years ago I weighed in at 260 and I'm now down to 215. Recently, I've started going to the gym regularly (six days a week) and eat super healthy. For breakfast I eat a bowl of granola cereal, an apple, and drink orange juice. During the day I occasionally snake, but not that often. For dinner, I either have a salad with chicken or pasta and and a small salad. I work out six days a week. Spend about 25 minutes on the bike trying to burn 300+ calories per day. Then spend about 20 minutes doing upper body weight work. I finish by doing about 10 minutes of abs. I've been doing this for about four months. My main goal is to get rid of my gut. I've felt fantastic, but I still have a rather displeasuring gut and despite my effort, I don't see any improvement. I drink maybe once a week, don't smoke, and all that good stuff. I'm looking for suggestions, advice, etc in regards to what I should do to take the next step. Thanks!"
