Cupcake said: "Body balls. They're very affective. It takes all your strength to stay stable on the ball so it doesnt fly out underneath you and you land on your butt (I speak from experience). I like doing crunches and pushups with it. Also just sitting on it while you watch tv helps too. I've lost about 3 inches from my waist in about a month. Resistance bands are a lot of fun too. They're very versitile as far as what muscle group you can work out."

Razor said: "Well I hate every aspect of cardio in a gym. I like to get mine from outdoor activities. My favorite exercise had to be the dumbbell bench press last night. I had a 45lb dumbbell in each hand, and as I laid back I threw them in the air,and got my hands situated and then went down so deep and just pushed them up again. I have not been able to go that deep with 90 lbs as of yet, and last night was the first and it felt awesome."

Qian said: "I am always looking for new workout ideas. As of right now i am doing Combat Conditioning. This consists of bodyweight calisthenics (pushups, situps, bridges, handstands etc.). It is alot of fun (my son excercises with me) and really works my entire body, as well as give my a good cardio workout. I have been doing this consistenly since I started my diet on March 1. I can really tell a difference in the strength of my muscles and the way my body carries itself. I'm going to start working in a little more cardio work 3 x's a week, just to add a little more activity in my day. Hopefully that will really help the lbs drop. Please share your workout ideas and programs. Like I said I am always wanting to try new excercises."
