They sell a huge range from many sellers who are offering tapes and dvds for a fraction of the retail price. I just ordered one of my old favorites for 9$, which is about 7$ less than I would pay at the store. Alot of customers write reviews so you can get a good idea of what you are purchasing."

I was just wondering if anyone who have tried them could tell me if they are worth the money. Cash is short and it seems like a great deal. 3 seprate workout tapes and resistence bands.
