(Atkins, Low calories, South Beach) Usually good goals are 2 lbs a week, and excercise 3-4 times a week. If you think you can do more then do that, if you don't think you can do that much make it lower. Make them your goals though. Good Luck :)"

Qian said: "Well then, a good goal would be lose 2 lbs in a week and excercise 4 times. What do you think? That's a safe amount, and a good beginning. If this is too easy this week, then we can increase it some."
