Peoples bodys are so different that there are a lot of factors to why your hubby loses weight and you may seem stuck. gender, age, time of month, weather, food intake etc
It takes time and patience when starting something new. I commend you on your efforts and not let it get you down. Your hubby is doing well, it is nice to hear that he is working with you in your weight loss journey."

I am still within my BMI but I think I would be happier shedding a few pounds. My fiance is actually overweight though. He has seen me exercizing lately, and on monday morning he got up and went to the gym! The same for yesterday and this morning. I am so glad I could help him decide to do this and I just think it's awesome when good behaviour spreads like that..."
Leah20 said: "So my fiance has been working out for one week now. He went every week day last week, and we have been watching calories together.
So in one week he went from 253 lbs to 244 lbs! How is he able to do this so easy and I am still hovering around where I started?!
I'm very happy for him! I just don't understand why it's so easy for him.
I have only been working out 3 times a week. I wonder if it just comes down to exercising more?
I also know he's got alot more to lose than me, but why can't my weight just budge a little bit!!!
Haha now I have all my frustrations out, everyone have a lovely day :)
Leah"
Leah20 said: "Yes, actually he is still doing very well. He isn't exercizing as much as he is really busy at school right now, but he is eating very healthy. This is partially due to the meals i'm cooking and the serving sizes i'm giving him. He is now down to 235 from a high weight of 257, in 1.5 months. I'm very proud of him! It feels like we have made a lifestyle change more than a diet.
Try cooking healthy but yummy suppers for a start. Make chicken burgers, or thin hamburgers on whole wheat buns, with salad. These are really good and work out to about 400 calories for supper.
Fill your fridge with yummy snacks like light Jello and pudding, and light baking. Some guys just wont eat fruits and veggies, so you gotta get them eating healthy snacks that still taste like they are "bad".
One I make is Banana Chocolate Parfaits...
Make one package fat free jello pudding in chocolate. Cut up some bananas and put them in the bottom of a wine glass. Pour pudding on top and then top with light cool whip or whipped cream. 160 calories and tastes heavenly."

Qian said: "A lot of times men will start off losing weight much faster than a woman, don't let it get you down though, it all evens out. Also you need to remember that he probably lost a lot of water weight.
Here pretty soon, it should slow down to about 2 lbs a week.
Congrats on the weight loss though."
