but i have a question regarding my food intake.
i will give you an example of yesterdays.
BREAKFAST: high fiber cereal with half a banana with 2% milk
SNACK: a tangerine
LUNCH: BBQ chicken breast with mixed veggies and for dessert i had 1 apple
DINNER: some fava bean stew and 1 stuffed cod fish pastry, for dessert i i had some white grapes.
SNACK: low fat yogurt
am i on track with this amount of food, people have told i should eat more
i have been exercising twice a day for 15 minutes, so i am burning roughly 150 calories each time."

your doctor would be in a better position to advise you on specifics, but between 1200- 1500 is considered to be a lower calorie diet. try to eat healthy meals and snacks. and of course, exercise.
you can do it!"

i am trying to eat my meals and snacks 3 hours apart.
i told my doctor and he said as long i keep my portions small and eat healthy meals and snacks i should not count calories, LOL
at work it's not a problem cause i have timer every for every 3 hours, but on the weekends i tend to sleep in an hour or two late and then i get all messed up like skipping my afternoon snack.
so to some it up do you think i am doing a good job on my diet?
should i be eating more?
my doctor keeps on saying don't worry keep up what your doing so i am following his advice, LOL"
gizmonel said: "Hello everyone do you have any suggestions on what i could eat as a healthy snack that is different?"
pixiechic said: "it sounds as if you have a good start. :)
keep it up!
some other snacks that you could add:
yogurt.
pretzel sticks.
raw veggies.
rice or popcorn cakes."

I agree. Good luck."
