ArgyleJones said: "I'm trying to get into a regime, one which uses traditional push-ups as a portion of its content, however I no longer have the ability to articulate my feet far enough forward to rest one end of my body on the balls of my feet in order to set myself into 'plank' position. This means that I'm having to support myself on my toes as I push up, making it both painful and inefficent. Is there an alternative, yet equally stable way of achieving the same position? Thanks, AJ"
