Cardio setting, or Fat Loss setting????

Most people think this is 70-80% of their MHR. I don't know how accurate this is, but I do know alot of people use it, and it seems to work. I just go to where my heart rate is about 150-160, and that seems to work well for me. Usually a professional trainer can help you find out what your optimum zone is. I'll look, because usally you can a formula to give you an estimate of your fat burning zone."
