The holidaze (:)} have been over for a week already! It's the perfect time to get started on your new years resolution, stick to it and achieve it.
You don't have to give up any foods, if you have a craving for something, just have a little and then stop. Exercise almost every day if you can. .."

I did better than usual this year, but I still hit a rough 10 day patch between Xmas and New Years. It's tough to do the right thing around the Holidaze"
