I go to the gym and all, but there's definitely something to be said for training classes with an instructor. It's like being back in school, peer pressure keeps you on track and all that! They also do a body fat test and a complete fitness test before and after the program, so I will really be able to see exactly how much of an improvement I make. OH, AND they give a $1000 prize to the person who makes the best improvement! That's out of all 6 locations, but still you never know. I could win."

thintowin said: "I am going to be starting a program on January 13th called Extreme Bodyshaping. It is at a martial arts center: Farrell's Martial Arts. I'm not sure if they have them all around, or just in Iowa. ? Anyway, I really hope it works. It's a 10 week program, 3 days kickboxing and 3 days resistance training. It costs $359. :shocked: Which is a lot of money! My mom is paying for $200 of it for me for my Christmas gift. They have before and after pics of some of the people who did it, and they really made a HUGE and noticeable improvement. I just really hope I see a big improvement too, for that kind of money. I know it will be a lot of fun though, I absolutely love kickboxing. I had been doing a cardio kickboxing class, but this one you actually punch and kick heavy bags, so I'm thinking it will work even better."
