It works really well for making dip for veggies.. Like adding a packet of ranch flavoring to it makes you a low fat dip! :D"

I have used the light cream cheese, but have never been hard core enough to try the other :)
Thanks for the heads up :)"
Heather said: "
try making tzaziki sauce: plain yogurt or fat free sour cream with minced cucumber, garlic and olive oil mixed in. I use my garlic press to crush the cucumber too.
You can dip sliced pita or veggies in it, or use it in wraps and pitas.
That sounds tasty. How much olive oil do you use?"
Cupcake said: "Ranch dressing is like that too. The fat free doesn't taste anything like the regular. :p"
UniqueMystique said: "Ok....fat free cream cheese sucks!!!!!
Thought I'd try it though. 0 fat, 1 carb., 5 protein, 30 cals.
I'd rather eat the 'light' than this! :p"
UniqueMystique said: "Philadelphia!
The 'light' is way better.
I like cream cheese on celery....but this is like eating half dried paste."
UniqueMystique said: "Leah...that sounds really great. I'll have to try it sometime. Seems like it'd be great with celery and carrot sticks."
Leah20 said: "haha good to know. What brand makes fat free?"

I'm not someone who measures alot in the kitchen..lol.
I would say use about 2 tablespoons olive oil. I usually cut 2 1 inch chunks off of the cucumber, and 1 clove of garlic. You can use a little sprinkle of onion salt if you want, it gives a little more flavour."
Holly said: "I hate it too! I tried it out a while back, thinking I would like it since I like other fat free dairy products. It dries out on your bread in a matter of minutes! If you choose to eat it...EAT FAST! (Then you won't taste it going down either!)"
Qian said: "Have you tried whipped cream cheese? You could have regular and it isn't really that bad."
