8 four minute songs makes for a nice 32 minute cardio workout and makes it a lot easier to get through."

I just bought an ipod nano...and its wow! I went for a walk today ... it added lots of energy, fun into my otherwise dull 1hr walk!
Does anyone here have exercise podcasts or something like that?
keep it going [:)]

I take it most places I go, and it especially comes in handy at the gym. Before, with my CD walkman, and even before that with a tape walkman, I have to decide what music I wanted to bring, depending on what mood I am in. That was not always easy for me considering I have over 400+ CDs, plus 200 I have burnt of music I want to hear for free first before I buy. But with my Ipod I can upload all my favourite music and listen to whatever I want ON DEMAND!!! I can hit shuffle songs or I can make my own playlist, or I can pick an album, or I can pick an artist and shuffle that artists' music.
Oh, and I download like a dozen different podcasts and when I go for walks at night, or walk from the parking lot to my classes at university, I listen to my podcasts. I love them, especially because I am a news junkie, if gives me a chance to use some free time to learn about what's going on in the world from different perspectives.
I have thought about downloading a couple of audio books, but I just don't have the room, and the podcasts are great to listen to. I may one day buy an IPOD with more gigabytes so I can add some audiobooks, but right now I am happy with what I got."

Well, ANYWAY, pretty soon it had as much of my music on it as his and I had become a fan of powerman 5000, system of a down, hot action cop, and buck cherry. He's CONFISCATED it! Says it's his and he's taking it to school and I need to buy my own! What a nerve!;) Guess I'll have to hit best buy today.:)"
