My Plan Could Be Your Plan?

Yum said: "If you are trying to lose a little belly, like if yours sticks out so much you could be pregnant, like mine used to, I think I have some ideas for you! Well, I am not totally happy with my abs because there is still flab on them. But I still exercise about an hour a day and I am starting rowing next week two days a week. I know someone who got very fit from that! Well, anyway, one day I just got fed up with my stomach! I mean, this was like, the beginning of February, and I could not take it! So, I decided to do something, like everyone else here is! I started restricting calories and reading labels. I know some people will say "Well, no I don't want to do that and I can't" but come on, no kidding! So if something has a ton of calories, I don't eat it. Except for today...Easter  ...let's get off that subject! So, I drink skim milk now. I don't really drink milk too much but I am getting used to it. You might think "Eww!" but you can get used to it if you drink it every day for 2 weeks, say some doctors. Also, I used to go to Caribou Coffee a lot which I don't do much anymore. I make my own coffee with powdered creamer and Equal. Sometimes I put a tsp of chocolate powder in there :D I also eat mostly fruit until dinner time. This has really helped. But be warned, if you eat more than, oh, about two fistfuls at a time, your stomach expands. Bad bad! But the thing that has helped not let my stomach stick out the most is crunches and ab workouts. It really tightens those muscles, even if it doesn't get rid of fat. But, actually it does, sorry for being so contradictory, because each pound of muscle burns approx. 5 pounds fat. So, yeah. So, I suggest doing two 10 min ab workouts a day, 2 cardio, plus 20 mins on the treadmill, and some toning. Does anyone want really guided info? Post for my e-mail. I wanna learn about what you're doing now. Meg"
