My goals this week-
1) Extend my walk up to the church
2) Don't eat anything with tortillas at work this week
3) Incorporate sit-ups, etc. into my exercise
4) Eat 3 meatless meals this week.
5) Drink a lot more water
6) Take vitamins
7) Be at 240 by the end of the week."
