Heather said: "Increase the amount of time using stationary bike. I did 40 minutes today. It's much harder than regular bike riding because you can't just coast from time to time. :dazed052: I think that bike riding outside next spring will be a breeze after working it indoors!"

Narutard said: "I figured I would start this one this week since no one has yet to put one up. My goals this week- 1) Extend my walk up to the church 2) Don't eat anything with tortillas at work this week 3) Incorporate sit-ups, etc. into my exercise 4) Eat 3 meatless meals this week. 5) Drink a lot more water 6) Take vitamins 7) Be at 240 by the end of the week."
