Irish Shorty said: "Hey guys, I'm new here. My name's Sarah and I'm 16. So basically I used to be in great shape, and then this summer I went to camp, had a lot of junk food, and put on some major weight. I'm 5'0 and last time I checked (about a week ago) I weighed 115, but I wouldn't be suprised if I'm around 120 right now just because we have a lot of junk food in the house. So my goal is to get back down to 95 pounds, which really isn't that low considering my height and I have a real small frame. I'm guessing I should be losing about 2-3 pounds a week to start out with, and after a while that will probably slow down. But for now, I'd like to be 110 by thanksgiving. Just so I can hold myself accountable I'm going to post how I do everyday, and once a week I'll post my weight. (I'll post my weight tomorrow morning) Also, if anyone has similar goals as me, or just wants to help hold me accountable, fill free to PM me! I'm more than happy to have a diet buddy.
