When you're sweating you lose fluids, so it's worth keeping in mind!"

After weight training it is essential you eat a high carb and high protein meal ASAP to replenish your glycogen (glycogen=carbohydrate energy) stores and preserve/build muscle respectively. If you do not you can deem your workout inneffective. Try too keep away from carbs after 6 (but if you workout after 6 u can still eat carbs after to help recovery).
Try supplementing with glutamine and if you can afford to, try drinking a Whey Protein shake after workout. Whey protein is an easily digested protein can do wonders as a post workout drink.
Jus remember to keep at it and dont give up, you will see results either in the mirror or in form of compliments. If i can do it you can."

I have started a calorie control dieting plan. I am exercising (cardio and weights). At bedtime I am exhausted and fall asleep really quickly. Also, I am always hungry after I have done weight training. Is this normal? How long does this last for? Does weigh training make everyone else really hungry too? ;) During the day I have energy.
Cheers
Michelle :)"

I know what you mean I am ravenous after weight training.
Its a good idea to eat something straight after weights, your body really needs the energy. It would help alot to eat something within 30 minutes of your work out, this will help you to be in better form for the next time you work out, because the body can fully recover.
Good luck,
Enoch"
