Eventually it does not feel such a chore and you meet people such as yourself and enjoy working out. I have went tanning, found it very relaxing. It is good for those with depression, the light helps elevate mood. I found that my time there was really nice, not just for the tan. I would rather pay for a gym tho. Good luck, if you decide to join a gym."

They have personal trainers for a fee. Just be sure before you sign any paperwork you understand how it is being financed and the fees involved so you don't see any surprises on your bank statement."

Not sure if you need different hours than those....but yours may stay open longer seeing as you are in what seems to be a metropolitan area since you have both a Bally's and a 24 Hour. Good thing with the "Y" is that there's no 'contract' to sign. You don't even have to be a member if you want to pay daily. It just costs more in the long run. I know that they have quarterly, bi-annual, and annual memberships available. Some even have a 'lifetime' membership available. Let us know what you decide."

IF, that is a BIG IF, I can get up in time everyday to go workout and tan I am thinking of joining but I have never been to either. Both seem to open early and stay open pretty late too. The only thing is 24H seems to have more equipment but is a bit pricey. Does anyone here go to either of these clubs? If so what do you think. Thanks for any and all help."
