I'm guessing if you hardly eat, your metabolism may be sluggish and you'll hold onto calories more than if you eat more. Do you exercise at all? Exercise is the only really proven metabolism booster that works to make you lose weight and keep it off."

I would say you don't eat enough for all the activities you do on a daily basis. I would try to have a little more protein in my day and some fruit and a few more whole grains. We seem to get a rut when it comes to eating and eat the same thing day in and day out and that will make the body stay at what ever weight you are. Try changing up the foods you eat and see if it helps."
klynnfosh said: "I agree with Spectra, if there was a good diet pill no one would be fat., My question is what is your need for a diet pill if you hardly eat, since most diet pills are to curb your appetite? You really have no need for one. Maybe you just need to make adjustments in what type of food you eat."
Matt_9 said: "If you're hardly eating why would you want a diet pill? If you eat less you'll lose less, your body will think it's starving and will actually CLING onto any food you give it, rather than try to burn it off and burn off some unneeded fat while it's at it.
Diet pills don't 'work'. There are some supplements you can take that will boost your metabolism though. If you take enough ECGC it has been proven to speed up metabolism. But it requires a lot of ECGC (found in Green Tea). I think the recommended dose to have any effect on metabolism is 300mgs."

Take a Pilates course. I bet with a baby and the coaching you barely have time to breathe, but if you could sneak in Pilates at 10 minutes a day to a video or a couple times a week in a class it could do wonders for you."
