Why?

Yum said: "I started working out intensively, and cutting back a LITTLE on calories since I don't want to have to *hold* my stomach in! I do 2 ab strength workouts 3 cardio workouts including bellydance, treadmill, or kickboxing Plus some other workout that I pick A DAY!!! Practically NO results. Well, a little, but I don't see a lot of fat gone even with all the aerobics and cutting back on fat/sat fat/no beef/no transfat I am not really losing fat/toning ANYWHERE ELSE that I can tell I am not FAT per se, but I do hold my belly in sometimes and I don't want to Plus, if I eat a little more than usual, my stomach sticks out almost as far as it used to! So it's like these workouts are doing NOTHING! ALSO: IMPORTANT! Please don't post about spot reducing. I think EVERYONE knows about this seeming as how EVERY post about arm jiggle, belly fat, thigh fat, saddlebags, about 15 people post something to the effect of: OOHH!!!! STOP! WAIT!! There is no such thing as sport reducing. It is a "proven fact" (a little redundant?). Blah blah...yea...WE KNOW! Sorry for freaking but come on people!"

I know that you are very active in skating, so they could probably really help in working routines to both help with your problems and improve muscle strength for skating. Good Luck. Sorry I couldn't help more. :o"
