Start weight: 279.5 (6'1" Male - 30's) Week 1 loss: 7 pounds Week 2 loss: 3.5 pounds Week 3 loss: 2 pounds Current weight: 267 pounds Goal weight: 199 pounds (charts say ideal weight is 185 for my frame) Total loss: 12.5 pounds in 3 weeks I estimate if I start some physical activity and reduce my calorie intake I should hit my goal of and 80 pound loss 6 months from now.
