Heather said: "They are a great way to control your serving sizes and calories.
If you have access to a microwave at work or school, pack some fruit along with it and you have a great meal!"
Darren said: "I have them occassionally. I'm not too big on TV dinners, though."
nattie said: "Dose anyone else use their products? I really like them and their frozen dinners are really good. I do not go out to eat at lunch so I take a frozen dinner to work every day. Their website has some good recipies and good tips for understanding and reaping product labels. Here is the website if anyone is interested. nattie said: "I eat those too and the nex thing right behind that is that they are not expensive."
Qian said: "I haven't tried them, I am using Lean Cuisine and Michellina's right now, both of which are really good eats. The Healthy Choice looks good though. I'll need to try it."
Qian said: "I just had my first Smart Ones today. It was excellent. But they are on the expensive side of Diet Meals. I really like Michellina's, very yummy pasta."
Sassysurfnic said: "I like them! I usually either get them, Lean Cusines, Smart Ones. If I am tight that month for grocery shoppng, I get Budget Lean Gourmets. Budgets are ususally about $1.50 a box at my grocery store. Basically whatever is on sale :)
I usually have them with yogurt or an orange. Just that alone does not fill me. Also I read on LeanCusine.com people have had a lot of success adding these frozen meals into their diets. A healthy breakfast and a frozen meal for lunch and then one for dinner with a fruit or veggie. ;)
