nattie said: "Well actually it is more like 12 lbs. When I was sick with the flu I lost a couple of lbs just from not being able to eat. I am so excited about the weight loss. I have really been watching what I eat and working out witch is even better. I am not sure if I will be able to be down to 200 by the time we go on our cruise on May 7th, witch is 3 days after my b-day on May 4th, but I think I will be close. I starte jumping rope again last night and I swear I beat myself more with the rope then I did jumping it. I have also gotten an Ab-lounger (thank you so much iowamomma for the suggestion) and I must admit I love it. I can really feel it in my tummy and my mom uses it too. Well have to get back to work. Later gators!"

nattie said: "I got mine at Wal-Mart. Got tolove that store. They had them on the shelf and then a big display. I am so glad iowa said something aobut loving her's cause I really like it. Thanks for the support!"

nattie said: "Yeah, as long as I dont beat myself to death with the jump rope. lol I have a rubber rope insead of a regular rope. Let me tell you jump rope is a great exercise but to start out just get a regular rope or you will feel like you are a little kid getting spanked with a switch again when the jump rope gets caught on your foot and whacks your leg. lol"
