elleauvil said: "Well, I was so disappointed when I got on the scale yesterday and saw 145.7 after a weekend of total crazy eating and drinking- cheetos, cheese, steak, baked potato with butter and sour cream, lots of wine and beer. As I said, I often do much better during the week, but then when my husband is home, I want to eat with him, relax, and celebrate the weekend with lots of goodies. I guess I feel like I deserve it, but I know it sabotages my diet so badly! I was great yesterday- walked for 45 min while pushing toddler, and did great. The challenge will be when my father in law arrives on Friday- he loves it when I cook for him, plus, I tend to drink a lot when he is here, b/c he stresses me out! I will do my best- glad to know I will be held accountable at the end of the weekend by others. Anyway, this a.m. I got on the scale and weighed 142.4 ! I probably shouldn't weigh on Mondays, especially after a weekend of badness!
Yesterday-
Breakfast- 1 soy sausage pattie, 1 slice ff cheese, 1 low carb tortilla
Lunch- 2 boca burgers, 1 slice ff cheese
Snack- 2 Trader Joes blue cheese stuffed olives- only 15 cal!
Dinner- 2 soy chicken patties, 1 cup green peas, 2 tbls cheesy rice, 3 bites grilled chicken thigh
I know- lots of soy burgers- but they are good for me, satisfy, and taste pretty good- meaty without the fat, and lots of fiber.
Weight: 142.4
Goal Weight:130

I thought I would try this and see if maybe being accountable to someone else every day would help! I want to set a goal of 1-2 lbs a week, and also an exercise goal of 3 times a week.
