A fat man and his PantsA fat man and his Pants
shrkntz said: "I would reward yourself something nice to wear. Maybe a new pair of jeans and a nice dress shirt. Something that will show off how much you have lost allready. Big clothes hide the progress. It must feel great to be able to look at what does not fit anymore. I am happy for you. Way to go on your weight loss :O)"

It helps to motivate you mentally (I think) to not go back to that point.
*hugs*
Congrats and good luck!"

There is nothing more rewarding than cleaning out the old to make room for new!"

What is a "one pant" anyhow?"
Darren said: "After I quit smoking in 2001 I gained about 40 pounds. Not good, this put me up to about 90+ overweight.
I realized I was looking bad so I started wearing my pants different. I started pulling them halfway up to my belly in order to cover it up. The result was, I need to buy even bigger pants than I normally needed. I'm looking at the pants I've been wearing for the last few years and I'm seriously wondering if I went nuts!
I need to upgrade my wardrobe seriously and soon!"
Darren said: "Thanks. I plan on picking up some new clothes next week.
Truth is, I just want to keep losing big-time. I feel like I need to get this issue resolved once and for all."
