featherish said: "Glad to hear that you weren't nearby. I know that Texas is a pretty big state. Here in Ohio, We have nuclear plants to worry about. They are creepy."

featherish said: "I was checking out MSNBC and this is the news about Davis Besse. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/7589842/ I remember when they first had it on the news. What a scary thought!"

UniqueMystique said: "No...I think that Razor is probably the closest to where that took place. Opposite side of the state here, Heather. :) We do have a gasoline refinery where I'm at though and I'm less than 10 miles from it....so it's a scary thought."

UniqueMystique said: "Hey, Heather.....I used to live up in your neck of the woods a time back. Eastern Kentucky....Hillbilly Central. Was quite an adjustment period for me. Culture shock deluxe!"

UniqueMystique said: "And Razor...I'll be close to your area for the month of June......Port A!"

UniqueMystique said: "My husband works directly behind the refinery here....so if it goes...they go too."

UniqueMystique said: "Scary stuff!"

Razor said: "Yep. I used to live about 3 blocks from that site. My mother works in Galveston and it shook the building there. I was at work about 57 miles away. I know a lot of people in Texas City, but luckily they were all at work and not at that plant."

I am glad noone on here was hurt or has loved ones that were hurt. I know here in DFW we did not know anything till it was on the news."
