Healthy desserts

Often, when you're craving things like fatty foods, your body is telling you something, and when you eat "replacements" you're not filling the craving. You eat and eat and never actually satisfy it, whereas a small piece of something that seems less healthy will go a much longer way. Try looking for things that don't necessarilly use fat/sugar replacements, but instead look for things that use naturally sweet items and healthy fats. Then, eat portion sizes rather than too much ;)"

Or I'd buy fat free ice cream and eat a bunch of it. I found that it was indeed better for me to either have fruit for dessert (cuz you CAN eat almost as much as you want!) or have a small portion of REAL dessert and be accountable for it."

Today I will start the naked fruit plan. I am a strawberry fiend and i keep buying them and eating two containers in two days. It must be a compulsive thing."

When I make stuff with sugar and trans fat replacements I subconsciously see that as a green light to have as much as I want. Is any one else out there having this problem? Is anyone else out there tempted by all these halloween treats everywhere? I am way too big a fan of the Reese Pumpkin. Any faves? I am starting to day to try and ban candy- at least for awhile."
