I can't stand diet drinks and I rarely drink pop anyhow. My husband buys 2 bottles of pop and I grab one glass out of two bottles. My glass is a small one. I have though gotten to the point of drinking 3 bottles of water a day. I also add crystal light to one if I crave a sweet drink. I love the grape fruit and orange flavored one. I can't believe how much flavor is in a little flavored pouch of it.I choose that over pop anyday now. In highschool every lunch hour I would have 2 pops. A year ago, I could finish a bottle of it in a day. My dad even buys real fruit juice for me so when I visit I have something I will drink."
Yum said: "I hardly EVER drink pop. But when I do have it, it doesn't taste fake or overly sweet. It tastes GOOD! I have it probably once ever 3-4 months."
Henrietta said: "Wow, people just like me. I gave up "pop" 2 years ago. Now I drink water mainly.
The thing is, if you haven't had pop in awhile, it tastes so fake and bad!"
MsIntellect said: "Out of like, a month, I have maybe 3 drinks, if that. I hardly drink it and when I do, it's when I go to a resturant. I feel I deserved that much since I'm out. Now I decline soft drinks and go straight for the water, only to feel myself up. I still like drinks though."

cyn said: "How true that is! I just gave it up at the a few months ago and I wound up taking a sip of my hubbys cause I grabbed the wrong glass-- Water is doing much better for me-my skin is better, my hunger is less, helps keep me regular--plus I save $$ because now I dont stop at the quick shop everyday."
Holly said: "Yes, I know soda doesn't provide any nutritional benefit. I try to limit myself to one can a day. I too like having it with lunch. It satisfys my sweet tooth with zero calories. I know fruit is suggested, but I have never considered fruit a dessert!"
lotusleaf said: "havent touched the stuff for years, rots your teeth aswell! im drinking loads of water now-what benefits have you felt from drinking more? I drink at least 2 litres a day and my skin is feeling better, and i dont feel the urge to eat as much as im full from the water! :)"
Qian said: "Well, I'm a soda drinker. I Krink plenty of water too. I'll drink close to a gallon everyday, but at lunch time I like to have a soda or diet drink. just a change in the monatany. I think as long as it is in moderation diet sodas aren't terribly bad."
