Just Wondering.....

Heather said: "I'm going a big rubbery one! I love the smell of the air and the position of the sun (well, as long as I'm not driving into it) this time of the year. It's sort of a time to reflect on life as the season changes again.. We should be happy and thankful for every day we have, because once the day is gone you're never getting it back. :( Life really is grand.."

Heather said: "It's amazing to have realizations like that. A new found energy maybe. Antumn is always a good time to harness some power and put it towards a cause that means something to you.."

UniqueMystique said: ".....do you ever just come to the realization that life is grand? I mean....we can be so consumed with things in our lives that we often feel overwhelmed, etc......but do you ever look up from the chaos and feel that little bit of clarity and think, "Yeah....this is what it's all about?" For some unknown reason......I've been encountering that a lot these past few weeks and things are just as hectic, if not moreso, as they've always been. I sometimes wonder why these realizations happen.....especially when we least expect it. I feel so energized when these moments happen.....like I can take on any thing or any problem thrown my way. Any thoughts?"

DBrew said: "It must be something about fall that does that to us! I always get strange feelings of nostalgia in the fall and they are always enlightening. I feel for a moment like I did whan I was sixteen or when I first met my husband. Today I was outside playing with my two sons and I was just filled with joy looking at the two of them digging at our rocks. Life is just so sweet and precious and little moments like that just make living so sweet!"

It really makes us take a look and be thankful for the good in life even when things are so out of control and we think everything is wrong, we can sit and think I still have plenty to be thankful for. Life is for living and for the love we give and share with those in our lives, so enjoy each one. I love Tim McGraw's song Live like you were dying for that very reason! Cherish and spend time with those you love because we have no guarantee how long we have them."

I get so caught up in the daily dramas and hussle and bustle of life, that I don't very often take a look around and see the light. I agree that the Fall season is playing a part in this, Heather. I've got my apple picking and going for pumpkins fast approaching and that too helps me to realize that life really is grand! :)"
