I guess they are very popular in Norway and Sweden...if you aren't embarrassed to be seen in public with them, then go for it ;)"

I guess they would give more benefits than walking alone, but I am sure you could achieve the same thing with wrist weights, and make sure you swing your arms when you walk, maybe you would not be as noticeable that way."
