Heather said: "LOL @ Darren My mom believes in using reiki as a way to heal and deal with stress. It's an alternative therapy that's growing in popularity.."

Heather said: "It isn't a typical massage. Therapists lay their hands on you to work with your "chakras" to help release/redirect your energy flows. It's relaxing and sort of a new age therapy. My mom has been a practicioner for around 5 years now and really enjoys it.."

Darren said: "Good one. Those can be very helpful."

Darren said: "I was actually going to say that, but I wasn't sure about the reaction. Some people get so relaxed after sex they fall asleep :)"

spectrachic311 said: "Heather...is reiki a type of massage? I've kind of heard of it, but not in any real depth. Massage is usually a fabulous way to relieve stress, especially after a workout."

Diamond said: "Deep breathing techniques always help me when I'm feeling stressed. :)"
