Try and do every weigh-in at the same time and excessively weighing yourself is bound to just get you upset...Like you said, it could be water weight, the weight of everything you ate that day, muscle gain...numerous things. Don't let that scale get you frustrated...pay attention to how you feel and how your clothes fit. :)"

You need to weigh yourself no more than once a day and it should be first thing in the morning and use that figure and that one alone for your true weight. You are going to see ups and downs according to the food and liquids in your body at any given time. So start fresh each day and you should be at your lightest at that time."
