Whats your weakness?


Megan said: "What is your biggest weakness when it comes to working out or eating right?' Chocolate and if im really tired from staying up at night with the baby I just cant seem to get up the motivation to exercise. LIKE yesturday!! ( I did mow the lawn though so I felt like at least I did something. Yes it was a push mower) I also CANT let myself get too hungry or I dont have as much self control. So another good reason to eat healthy snacks! Alright everyone confess!!!"

Heather said: "I'd have to say my weakness would be pizza. The one redeeming thing is that they are only topped with cheese, and not piled high with pepperoni and sausage. Sweets are borderline. I can take them or leave them most days."

Darren said: "Oh, and women too. They make me go weak in the knees :)"

Darren said: "We are alike in our weakness Megan. I can't get past the chocolate. But at least I've switched to Dark Chocolate."

spectrachic311 said: "LOL, Heather...we're opposites :) I really don't care for pizza (never have), but I LOVE sweets. My big weakness is for candy/chocolate. I usually have only a few pieces now and then to satisfy the cravings. As far as working out goes, I'm a weather wimp and if it's really nasty out, it's SO hard to get out and run!"

missred said: "I LOVE sweets, whether it is chocolate candy, pies, baked goods, cake, ice cream... I was raised with a dessert after every meal, so I still havfe this "need" to eat something sweet to tell myself that the meal is over. Very bad habit!"

Normally this is not a problem becuase I do the shopping and I just don't buy it, but my dad went shopping last sunday (because I was really really sick) and came back with 2 halfgallon cartons. 1 1/2 are gone:eek: I am the only one that been eating it. Oops. As for the excersize. I am just a big couch patato. I have absolutly no motivation to excersize. That is where my husband comes in. I asked him to design a workout routine for me for after I get the ok from my doc, after Joshua is born. I also asked him not to take any excuses from me about not doing it. As a former drill sargent I am sure that he will not have a broblem kepping on top of me. He already makes sure that I get my daily walking in. Angel"
