I started march.29 2004 at 295 lbs. I am not so embarassed to ride my bike. I just slip on my helmet and go.It is my hopes that I can be and inspiration and help others during my quest to my goal of 180 lbs.It is march.22 and I am 254. I have lost 12 lbs and 12 inches so far on my new goal dates. I have chosen to cut all my medication for depression as of 4 weeks ago. I don't feel so depressed and I feel better all day after excercising. I have now decided to do cardio and weight training later on in the days when the gym is not open. My incentive is now that I was told I will be in the magazine for my gym if I get to my goal. I am stoked."
