im not good at adding up everything i eat cuz sometimes they dont have labels and i dont know how many is in them...like vegies and fruit.
but i use Hidden Valley Ranch Light and i dont use a lot of it. oh but at lunch that wasnt light cuz i got it from my school at lunch. maybe i should try to eat my veggies plan. i guess i never really tried it!! haha....
well thanks for the advice.
its amazing on how much i realy on this website now. I think that it is what keeps me from eating those bad junk foods! And what makes me wanna go out there and exercise!! l LOVE YOU GUYS!! :D

it was sooooooooo bad cuz....i was at a freinds house and they had OBSOLUTELY NOTHING...i mean NOTHING.. :mad: ..healthy to eat sooo i kinda spludged today.. :( .but i can get back on track...and next time i will plan to bring some food...LOL i know better know.
we also had thai food for luch...i had a lot of rice....i know that it wasnt good...then for dinner they had pizza...but i only ate one slice..plus a couple of bread sticks...i know what i need to do tho...tomorrow im am goign to exerscie alot....sinve i have a TON of free time...its SPRING BREAK! and im deffinently starting back healthy.
after eating all those bad foods...i feel dirty...i dont like it...so im ganna stick to my vegetables fruit and lean meat...
oh and im sorry but i hate tuna and fish...maybe i can learn to like some fish... i would have to ask my mom to buy some..and cook it in a way that you cant really tell its fish...any suggestions???

well...im sick and when im sick i just eat whatever i want when i want.
i mean the only thing that i ate that was bad today was prolly the Honey Comb cereal...its full of sugar...but it makes me feel better.

And I'm not tslking we would have some veggies to snack on, I'm talking we went out to restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It seems like all my family does is eat! Most members in my family are on the heavier side (I wouldn't say obeese or anything) and then they complain that after they have this HUGE dinner consisting of a burger, fries, soup and dessert that they need to loose weight and then they sit in front of the t.v. all night! My mom has a treadmill but the thing has a layer of dust on it! Obvioulsy it hasn't been used in a while. I myself tried (very hard) to continue to eat healthy but all I got from my mom, dad, grandparents (the WHOLE family) was that "I dont eat" and "why do I not eat". The thing that got me was, I was eating! And I just don't mean a tiny side salad, I mean I would hve a burger right along with them(burgers are a downfall), but maybe I wouldn't eat all the fries, or I got veggies instead of fries. They would keep saying "you don't need to go on a diet, why are you?" The thing is I am not on a "diet" I am trying to eat healthy. More veggies, more fruit, not so much fried and fatty foods. I still eat, just healthy foods. UGHH!! I am very sorry for throwing a hissy fit :o , I also got nothing accomplished for my wedding when I was down there and I got sunburn real bad(I fell asleep in the sun and no one bothered to tell me I was looking like a lobster!) I am very sorry I am just cranky.
Anywho, the point of this reply or post is I got off the wagon too and now I will get back on because I know I can do it! I just have to be positive and not let those 5 days get me down. This is a new week ya know Ladies and Gentlemen :D
