My Day


Yum said: "I am sure you have seen my other posts :D This is my day, anyway. When I wake up around 11 ( I'm homeschooled) I have one bowl of Cream of Wheat. I add 2 1/2 tsps of brown sugar which makes a total of 137 calories. I do math and vocabulary. I do one cardio workout, two ab workouts. Finsh up some more work. Walk on the treadmill. Have a piece of fruit or two. This is around 3:00. Maybe a fingerful of peanut butter. Mmm, my favorite! Eat dinner. Snack after dinner a few times. Do another cardio or belly dance workout. Finsh my work. Sleep at 2:00."

Yum said: "I make my own school hours. And since I do get up at 10-111. 2 o clock is fine !"

Cupcake said: "So far you haven't had any vegetables!!! How about instead of cream of wheat with sugar you have an omelet with some sliced mushrooms and bell peppers. For lunch have a salad with some nonfat ham or turkey breast and some cheese mixed in with it with nonfat dressing. Vegetables have hardly any calories in them since I noticed you counted calories at breakfast."

Cupcake said: "Also... Sleep at 2... is that AM?! :eek: Woah honey, you need some more sleep! If you're up that late, and you're snacking while you're watching tv or whatever you do around midnight... thats not good because your body doesnt get to burn off the calories you're giving it that late. Plus more sleep gives you more energy to work out during the day."

cvalh said: "Ya know... Her body's probably used to sleeping from 2 AM until 11 AM. That IS 9 hours of sleep, which is what the average teenager needs. If it's what your body's adjusted to, then it will burn calories as naturally as someone going to bed at 10 PM and getting up at 7 AM. Yum - I have similar hours to you, and I find I do best if I don't eat after 11 PM. Otherwise, just make sure to eat healthy :)"

Qian said: "I agree with you cupcake. Also you'll probably want to throw a snack inbetween your two workouts. More vegetables and maybe a little more protein. Sleep is improtant to weight loss. if you stay up too late, it isn't good for you. Getting to sleep at a normal time and waking up at a normal time is very important to weight loss. I wish I had as much time to work out, but be sure to intake enough calories to support the workouts or your body will draw from other sources for energy, and sometimes that isn't good."
