If you workout in the morning, change to later afternoon. If you have been real strict on what you eat, add a little bit more food on you diet. Healthy ones though."

Keep up the good work!"

It takes a lot of effort, but the rewards outweigh the reasons to be heavy!
Summer will be here soon, and a few additions to your wardrobe will make you feel 100% better."
Darren said: "I restarted my "diet attempt" again about 2 weeks ago. This time I decided I would go with a strict "induction phase". So I've been eating primarily chicken and broccolli. I've managed to drop 22 pounds, from 330 to 308. I'm 6'4" an my ideal weight is around 240, so this represents a very nice start for me.
The big thing is I've laid off all snacking and I'm sticking to not only low-carb principles, but mostly low-calorie as well. I'm picking chicken over steak or bacon and brocolli over salami. I'm looking to have the most dramatic results I can so I stay motivated."
Darren said: "Thanks everyone.
I'm 305.5 today. 300 is a barrier that I'd like to leave behind forever. My mother used to call me the "300 pound man" to get on my nerves, and it worked.
Man do results help. The best way to get motivated is to see results."
Darren said: "At 295 or so I'll buy a pair of pants to replace the "OnePant" I've been wearing for awhile. :)"
Darren said: "I've been stuck at 304 for the last 4 or 5 days. It makes no sense to me. I've been very strict."
UniqueMystique said: "Awesome job on the loss! Nice to see you working at it again, Bigboy! I've been wondering about you. Are you exercising too?"
UniqueMystique said: "Let us know when you get to 300.....we'll cheer real hard for you to get past it. Leaving a larger number behind feels great. I know I was ecstatic when I left the 200's. It was only 199 but I sure felt like dancing a jig. Now I'm doing it by 10's. I passed the 190's a few weeks ago and the 180's feel great....I'm pushing for the 170's now.
Keep it up BigBoy! It's so good to see you motivated again."
