Megan said: "Anhidrosis From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Anhidrosis means lack of sweating. Causes It may be caused by underactivity of the sympathetic nervous system. Eccrine sweat glands are innervated via muscarinic acetylcholine receptors. Hence antimuscarinic drugs cause anhidrosis. Thats all I could find on it."

My fiance thinks i'm not working hard enough, because he drips sweat after like 5 mins. I get a little damp on my back and neck and thats about it. My face usually just gets red. Anyone know what's up with that?"

Higher intensity exercise (where your heart is pounding and you sweat a lot) will burn more calories, but you can only sustain that kind of workout for a short time. Longer sessions of less intense exercise will burn the same amount of calories, but you should be sure that your workouts are intense enough to elevate your heart rate. Strolling down the street at a leisurely pace is not going to burn as many calories as power walking."

I mean, maybe when i go off my diet, i should do vigourous exercise to burn it off, right? Or should i balance the two throughout the weeek? Thanks[/SIZE]"
