lotusleaf said: "well, weighed myself this morning having completed week one, and have lost 7 lbs!!!! Am so so so pleased with myself, and it has really motivated me to continue. I have made a weight chart for my weekly weigh ins and put that on the fridge door, and have made a daily chart for me to fill in with food eaten, snacks, and tick boxes for my 2 litres of water and 5 portions of fruit and veg. Also a space for me to write what daily exercise i have done. All this has helped me to keep track of where I am, as i have to be strict with myself, and by writing it all down-well-i cant cheat!!!!"

lotusleaf said: "thanks folks, i will buy a tape measure and add that in my progress, thats a really good idea! Have got a stinking cold now and have no energy to exercise so think that will have a knock on effect-still-that doesnt affect my motivation!!"
