You just have to view it as something that's not normal for you and get back on track. Think about it, you have to OVEREAT by 3500 calories to gain one pound. So you'd have to eat your normal 1600-1800 calories PLUS 3500 more calories...so something like 5000 calories a day in order to gain one pound. I seriously doubt you ate THAT much! You may feel a little puffy from all the salt though. Drink lots of water and eat foods high in fiber to help, um, clear it out of your system.
If it makes you feel any better, I had a day once where I ate half a pan of Rice Krispies treats covered with chocolate chips and about 2 cups or so of Bear Claw ice cream. And hey, I did ok. I just think back to how I used to eat...ice cream and fatty stuff EVERY DAY.
You'll do fine. Go to your bachelorette party and have FUN!"

Certainly don't give up or tell yourself that these things should never be consumed again. Even though it isn't the best idea to eat them all in one weekend :) enjoying a favorite or caving in to a craving every once in awhile isn't so bad. It is natural and not the end of the world! Drink plently of water, get moving and you'll start feeling better. It will all be ok!"

Don't lose motivation now or you will go into a downward spiral and end up giving up. I know. Thats pretty much where I am. Your post has inspired me to get out of this spiral and start doing good again.
You shouldn't completely punish yourself or get to down on yourself.
Just think about the past before you started and what you used to eat. Think about how far you have come. 1 weekend out of 8. 2 days out of 60 - 62 days.
Don't worry hun, this won't destroy all the work you have done. Just start looking ahead of yourself again and start eating properly. Don't dwell.
keep on keepin on!
I think I will have to start taking my own advice.. haha..
Stay Strong!"

I know I don't get skinny overnight, but one day of eating right and a sweaty gym trip and I catch myself already feeling better. If you were doing great for two months and slipped up one weekend....you'll be fiiiiiine :)"
cyndarella said: "Don't panic Nina. I just recently had a horrible day just like your weekend and I too felt disgusting afterward (even the next day)! Don't punish yourself by feeling horrible and not going to the bachelorette (sp?) party. Just tell yourself that the weekend is over, it's a new week, and you are going to do great! You'd be surprised by how much better you'll feel by next weekend if you drink a ton of water (to get rid of water retent) and maybe up the exercise and your fruit and veggie intake. That's my plan for the week. I don't know why these "binge" days happen, but we can get past them."

-mcdonalds
-pizza
-lasagna
-krispy kreme donoughtSS
-croissants
-chips
-candy
And yes, that's what I ate the WHOLE weekend. I have a bachelorette party coming up this weekend and I feel so fat that I don't even feel like going anymore. I hope I can get back on track starting Monday (tom) by eating right and exercising again --the gym should be interesting tomorrow. :(
Depressed, sad...all things bad...
